2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs

2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 cup shredded coconut (optional)
