Heaven in a Bowl

  • Author: Olivia Chen
  • Total Time: 55 minutes
  • Yield: 55 minutes + chilling 1x

1 Package of Fudge Brownie Mix
2 Packages of Miniature Reese’s
4 Cups of Cold Milk (preferably 2%)
2 Packages of Instant Vanilla Pudding
1 Cup of Creamy Peanut Butter
4 Teaspoons of Vanilla Extract
2 Cans (8-oz each) of Thawed Cool Whip

Prepare the brownie batter according to the package instructions and pour into a buttered 12×9-inch pan.
Preheat the oven to 350°F and bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs. Allow to cool on a wire rack, then slice into 3/4-inch pieces. Halve the peanut butter cups for garnish and set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk the pudding mix with the milk for 2 minutes until thick. Stir in the peanut butter and vanilla extract until well combined. Fold in 1 1/2 cups of whipped topping.
In a 5-quart glass dish, layer one-third of the brownie pieces, top with a third of the peanut butter cups, and a third of the pudding mixture. Repeat the layers twice more.
Garnish with the remaining whipped topping and reserved peanut butter cups. Refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
